This position is for our branch in The Netherlands. Due to rapid growth, we are hiring an onboarding lead in The Netherlands. An emphatic person with a solid background as (financial) controller who likes to be involved with joining clients and will smoothly onboard them into our accounting and planning control environment.

You will be responsible for

•  Leading the onboarding process for new clients directly after engagement and taking over the file from the commercial lead.

• Manage the full integration. This ranges from hand-over contact with the previous accountant, transferring payrolling processes and succesfully setting up the first reporting cycles.
• Being the linking pin between our internal accounting team and the client to seamlessly and within short time frame bring the client on our platform.
• Forecasting and budget preparation in Excel together with client
• Identify improvement areas and initiate improvements within our company
• Additional ad hoc projects and assignments

What you bring to the table

• Affinity with the Life Science and Technology sector and driven to work for  best in class start- and scale-ups

• Result driven and a “fixer” who, no matter what, will bring the new client on  our platform with a 100% satisfcation rate

• Excellent accounting and people skills
• 5+ years of proven working experience in a role as Controller in a corporate or consultancy (e.g. Big-4 etc.)
• String Excel financial modelling skills
• In possession of a Bachelor degree in (Business) Economics/ Accountancy or equivalent study
• Confident communicator in both Dutch and English language
• The ability to work in a stand-alone role, self-starter and high on follow up
